Vice Presidents in Investment Banking

• At least 5-6 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, accounting, law or management consulting.
• Strong client development and execution management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks under time pressure and travel frequently.
• Relevant industry expertise is a plus.
• Superb English writing and oral skills.

Associates/Analysts in Investment Banking

• Eagerness and ability to learn and grow.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, accounting, law or management consulting.
• Basic training in finance and analytics.
• Superb English writing and oral skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks under time pressure and travel frequently.

Management Consultant

• Logical, systematic and organized in thinking;
• Sensitive to market trends and intelligence;
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in reputable Management Consulting Firms;
• Strong interpersonal communication and interview skills;
• Superb Chinese and English writing skills;
• Management consulting background is a must;
• Retail and consumer product, TMT, Pharma and healthcare, or Engery and CleanTech industry is preferred;
• Strong ability to analyze and understand industries and business dynamics;
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work long hours and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under time pressure;
• Energetic, passionate, dedicated, and responsible person who is eager and able to learn and grow.
