Lulusoft Company Ltd., a leading Chinese software developer in logistic management, has announced that it has merged with Pansoft Co. Ltd, another well-known software company specialized in financial management. The newly merged entity simultaneously closed a round of private financing from Baring Private Equity Partners. China eCapital advised Lulusoft in this transaction.
