A telecom forum was held at China World Hotel on September 12th in Beijing as part of the official programs of the Sixth Beijing High-tech Week. Ran Wang, CEO of China eCapital Corporation, chaired the forum. Other speakers of forum included some of the most influential players in the network equipment and mobile handset businesses such as chief executives of Zhongxing Telecom and Amoi.
