Dianji Technology, a Chinese software company founded by Mr. Zhidong Wang, former CEO of Sina.com, announced on February 18, 2004 that it had obtained $13 million in venture capital financing from a group of investors led by Fidelity International.

China eCapital, a leading private investment bank in China, advised Dianji in this transaction.
