China eCapital Corporation, a leading private investment bank in China, announces that Mr. Fan Ni has joined the firm as an executive director. Before joining China eCapital, Mr. Ni was a vice president at Legend Capital, the venture capital arm of Legend Holdings, where he focused on media, healthcare and consumer products and led the effort in executing a number of investment projects.

Before his venture capital career, Fan was a co-founder of Noahark Management Consulting and acted as the deputy general manager. Mr. Ni began his career at Ford Motor China as a financial analyst, in which capacity he built financial models and conducted capital budgeting for several automotive projects in China.

Mr. Ni graduated with honor from Tsinghua University with an MS in finance and accounting, in addition to a dual BS degree in automotive engineering and computer science & technology.
