GW Plastics, a leading U.S. injection molding company, has acquired a majority stake in a joint venture with WCH Chak Hing Precision Industrial (H.K.) Limited (WCH HK). Based on the agreement reached by both parties, WCH HK will inject WCH Dongguan, currently a wholly owned subsidiary of WCH HK, to the joint venture.
