Arrail Dental Completes Share Restructuring Aided by External Financing

Arrail Dental, a leading Chinese dental service provider targeting the high-end market, announced today the completion of share restructuring supported by a new round of external financing led by KPCB China with participation of Qiming Ventures. The parties entered into the definitive agreements on March 15, 2010.

Through complicated structuring involving multiple transactions and additional capital contribution, management led by Mr. Robert Zou, founder and CEO of Arrail Dental, have significantly increased their stake in the company upon closing of this round. The more optimal new share structure will pave the way for an eventual public listing of the company.

Arrail opened its first clinic in the CITIC Building in the heart of Beijing 's CBD area in April 1999. Over the past decade, it has gradually expanded its dental chain to 11 clinics covering major metropolitan areas of Beijing , Shanghai and Shenzhen, with over 400 dental professionals providing quality services to China 's rapidly growing high-end market.

Pony Media Closes Series B Financing

Separately, Pony Media, which operates China 's largest online ticketing platform (www.piao.com.cn), had also announced successful completion of its Series B financing.

Founded in 2000 with over 20 branch offices nationwide, Pony sold more than RMB360 million worth of tickets in 2009. The company plans to use the proceeds to further expand its market share, improve services, build a Ticketmaster/Live Nations model with more involvement in concert sponsorship and ownership, and ultimately become the largest online ticketing and entertainment marketing company in China .
